At Safe Guard 24/7, our Top Priority is the Health and Safety of our Customers, Employees and Community. As an Essential Service, we have implemented a COVID-19 Policy which has detailed steps to protect against the spread within our communities.
Here are a few steps Safe Guard 24/7 have taken to ensure Health and Safety:
Technicians
- Provided disposable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Disposable Gloves, Goggles, Disposable Shoe Covers, Respirators, and Disposable Tyvek Suits.
- Required to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with the house or unit at all times.
- Daily Screening of Flu-Like Symptoms and asked to stay home if any present and contact the Public Health Agency.
- Mandatory Physical Distancing of at least 2 meters.
- Mandatory Quarantine if traveled Internationally or come in close contact with someone who has traveled.
- Recommended to wash hands between service calls and provided Hand Sanitizer.
Operational Changes
- Safe Guard 24/7 have arranged for office staff to work-from-home until the Public Health Agency recommends its safe to return.
- The Office is closed to the Public.
- Office undergoes disinfectant cleaning.
- Offices may be working at less capacity than normal.
- Phone calls and emails are being redirected to appropriate departments.
Community Involvement
- We have introduced a Not-For-Profit Disinfecting Service to our customers to help limit the spread of COVID-19
