Do you warn the customer when pesticides will be used and if the area needs to be vacated after treatment?

Yes, communication regarding the re-entry time into a building or premises is always provided to the customer. A service order will be left with the client which will include all the details of the call including the name and registration number of any product used.

A sticker will be adhered to the entry door identifying the safe re-entry time if appropriate to the situation.

What is a pesticide?

A pesticide is anything that is intended to prevent, destroy, repel, attract or manage a pest. Every precaution is taken to protect the safety of the customer and the technician.

Why are bed bugs so hard to get rid of?

Yes, bed bugs can be very hard to get rid of. Some companies will not take their time to perform the thorough treatment required to kill all of the bed bugs and their eggs.
